As a Clarion Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the clients emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

* Be at 21 least years of age.
* Majority Of the positions are all Monday-Friday In The Downtown Locations
* MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CITY AND COMPANY BACKGROUND CHECK
* Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
* Must Maintain A VALID ARMED GUARD SECURITY LICENSE, which is REQUIRED BY STATE you're applying for
* As a condition of employment, the employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
* Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively.
* Ability to deescalate situations and clearly operate within and articulate the Use of Force Continuum.
* Able to:
* Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
* Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
* Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
* Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
