**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. **Duties:** - Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations - Supervise staff members across various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses - Collaborate with the management team to uphold brand standards and quality assurance - Support in training and developing staff to deliver outstanding customer service - Oversee inventory management, procurement, and budgeting processes **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team - Proficiency in front desk operations, customer service, and human resources - Knowledge of hotel management practices, including budgeting and financial analysis - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Join our team as an Assistant Hotel Manager and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued and opportunities for growth are available.
