What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that harness the power of GenAI, aiming to redefine standards of innovation and efficiency.

• Spearhead cross-disciplinary teams, providing technical leadership to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring they align with Clario's strategic goals.

• Champion continuous learning and innovation within the team, staying ahead of the curve in GenAI, software development trends, and emerging technologies.

• Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that adhere to Clario's rigorous standards of excellence.

• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and innovation.

What we look for

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of at least one additional programming language.

• Web Development: Proven experience with Angular/JavaScript/React/Node.

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS.

• Software Development: Extensive experience in Agile development environments, with a strong emphasis on leading Agile projects.

• Creativity & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and innovate.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• DevOps Practices: Deep familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot, and a strong understanding of their integration into development workflows.
