Clario is Hiring a Diagnostic Radiologist Near Philadelphia, PA

Primary Responsibilities

  • Interpreting radiology examinations according to standard medical practice, GCP guidelines, protocol and charter definition and according to standard Bioclinica SOPs
  • Completing source documents accurately and promptly, according to the specific protocol requirements and following Bioclinica SOP
  • Correcting entries on source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs) in a timely manner as needed
  • Participating in training sessions for the respective protocols
  • Performing Image Quality Assessment
  • Participating in Quality Assurance as needed
  • Reviewing protocols, chartering and associated clinical and technical study documents as required
  • Participating in InterReader and InterReader variability assessments when required
  • Maintaining security of images, data and equipment.
  • Participating in training and subsequently demonstrates competency in the operation of radiology research equipment
  • Ensuring confidentiality of study protocols and subjects is maintained
  • Participating in sponsor site visits and audits as requested
  • Collaborating with management to resolve technical/radiological/study concerns and problems.
  • Responsible for his/her continuing professional education
  • Performing quality control on his/her work for completeness
  • Identifying and participates in the performance improvement process
  • Participating in the development, review and evaluation of SOPs and study specific procedures.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment. Reporting workplace hazards immediately
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer

Secondary Responsibilities

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by

  • Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Establishing and enforcing departmental standards
  • Reviewing and updating company SOPs related to Medical Affairs

Contributes to team effort by

  • Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
  • Helping others to accomplish results

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Medical degree is required
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine or equivalent training demonstrating competency

Experience:

  • 5 years experience working with clinical trials and/or within pharmaceutical environment required
  • Experience with multi-modality imaging projects required
  • Experience with medical imaging software a plus
  • Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel, Access and Project preferred

  • Strong motivational skills and abilities - promoting a team based approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership skills

  • Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude

Working conditions:

Travel: 10-20%

Lifting: 0-15lbs

Other: Computer work for long periods of time
