Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Coordinator, Visual Merchandising, located in New York City, New York.

The role:

You will Support Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising for all scope related to Visual Merchandising for Department store installations, Factory stores, and Open Sell.

What you’ll do:

In an environment characterized by numerous retail locations and distribution points, collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all retail locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of luxury and brand awareness at every touchpoint.

• Manage allocations of VM collateral for Launch Summaries.
• Support new store openings - Testers and collateral orders
• Produce Skincare MUP Guidelines and Planograms for Department stores and Open Sell.
• Partner with Store Design coordinator on VM M&R requests.
• Manage and coordinate TV content vendor for all launch and new opening videos and follow up to ensure timely upload of all new content.

You are:

• Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and succeed in working with a team.
• Capable of creating work back schedules, adhere to timelines and adept at maintaining project momentum to ensure on-track progress.
• Strong in communication skills, effectively conveying information and fostering clear understanding.
• Genuinely looking forward to new challenges.

You have:

• Fine Arts or Visual Merchandising degree.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Retail Visual Merchandising.
• Experience in the Beauty Industry.
• Adobe Suites expertise preferred.
• Microsoft office experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
