The Lead Teacher/Caregiver shall report directly to the Assistant Director concerning all classroom, curriculum, or material matters. Lead Teachers must have no less than a CDA Certificate, a Technical Certificate, or an AA Diploma in Early Childhood Development. Salary offered shall be comparable to individual’s level of education and training. The responsibilities for this position include, but may not be limited to the following:
