Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Westminster, Colorado. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facility, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained to maximize uptime and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks for all production equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and federal standards.

· Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance to identify maintenance requirements and optimize scheduling for minimal disruption.

· Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, production managers, and external vendors to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities efficiently.

· Attend DVS (Daily Vital Signs) meetings to set the direction for the day and align maintenance priorities with production goals.

· Drive improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability that optimize asset life cycle.

· Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned downtime, accountable to deliver KPI-Results.

· Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

· Maintain inventory in the store room, ensuring accurate stock levels and organization of spare parts and supplies.

· Analyze equipment reliability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.

· Coordinate procurement and inventory management of spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance activities, following established procedures and budgetary constraints.

· Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

· Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate maintenance schedules, updates, and any potential impacts on production operations.

· Continuously evaluate and update maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and longevity, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred.

· Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related role, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

· Familiarity with maintenance management software systems (e.g., CMMS) is a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Commitment to safety and quality standards, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
