Headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development and asset management firm. Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further. 

Claremont is growing and we’re looking to add a Part-Time Bartender to our team to support our Residence Inn Hotel in Bridgewater, MA. This role is responsible for providing top quality service to guests while mixing drinks and tending to the bar area and we would love to add you to our team! 

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction via bar set up and clean up, mixing drinks and bar service
• Provide quality customer service and remain tactful when working through any guest issues including those of stressful nature
• Build appropriate rapport and relationships with both guests and those inside the organization 
• Accurately count cash and operate cash register/imprint machines to process transactions 
• Assist in bar set up/clean up by lifting trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc. 
• Remain organized and calm in noisy crowd situations

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• 6 months bartending experience
• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs throughout shift 
• Ability to stand 100% of the time while on shift
• Ability to multi-task in a noisy environment
• Highly organized, communicative, and personable
