As lead line cook, the individual will have the opportunity to work directly under Executive Chef Dayton Deetz. Chef Dayton worked on the openings of Crownshy and the Noortwyck prior to joining at Clara.

Location: Clara, located inside the New-York Historical Society building across from Central Park.
