Manager in Training
Duties:
- Learn and understand the company's policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Develop leadership skills by supervising and training staff members
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
