Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store meets sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and develop retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training programs
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Monitor pricing and adjust as necessary to remain competitive in the market
- Oversee shift management to ensure proper staffing levels and coverage
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new retail associates
- Implement retail management best practices to optimize store performance

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Familiarity with training development programs for retail associates
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the retail industry
