Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse staff and customers
- Experience in training development to create effective training programs for staff members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidates for employment opportunities
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling financial transactions
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to maintain accurate stock levels
