Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Train and develop new employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment - Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and ensuring accuracy in cash transactions - Assist with payroll processing and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels - Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets - Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles - Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for favorable pricing terms - Experience in wireless sales is a plus We offer competitive pay, training development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
