Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist customers with purchases and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Restock merchandise and ensure proper display of products - Meet sales goals and targets set by the management team - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success Experience: - Previous experience in jewelry sales, retail math, or electronics sales is preferred - Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Bilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage - Cash handling experience is required - Basic math skills are necessary for accurate transactions We offer competitive pay rates, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
