Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Icing by Claire’s at Wolfchase Galleria. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, sales management, and customer service to ensure the store meets its financial goals.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and staff
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, inventory control, and customer service
- Support sales initiatives and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in training and developing store employees
- Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred but not necessary
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in inventory control and maintaining stock levels
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
