Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and service on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. Duties:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on vehicles
- Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and repairs
- Complete fluid checks and top-ups (coolant, transmission, brake fluid, etc.)
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or safety concerns
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics using appropriate tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with power tools and automotive diagnostic equipment
- Ability to align wheels using precision instruments
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
