Working in a healthcare environment, ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocates represent self-pay patients to determine eligibility for medical coverage through a federal or state agency. Do you want to grow in your career, learn new skills, and be challenged to be your best? As a Patient Resource Advocate, you will be required to possess or earn the Indiana Navigator License. You will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. ClaimAid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Navigator license.
