We are a growing company in the Claim/Insurance industry that's currently expanding in the Miami Area, and we are looking for a results-driven Field Adjuster with excellent interpersonal skills to provide direct, prompt, courteous and professional service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

The Field Adjuster/Inspector/Estimator is responsible for conducting initial insurance claim inspections effectively, advocating for the company's clients' cases. This includes thoroughly studying each case before the initial inspection to ensure all necessary information is obtained.

• Conducting initial inspections of insurance claims alongside insurance company representatives to advocate for clients' cases.
• Studying each case before initial inspections to ensure all relevant information is gathered.
• Taking measurements and collecting necessary data to develop accurate estimates for each claim.
• Meeting deadlines for estimate delivery to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Preparing detailed reports of inspections conducted and ensuring they are properly archived in the claims management system.

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of claims adjusting experience and handling property insurance claims.
• Bilingual - Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Xactimate
• Must hold a 620 license (is a plus)
