Clachan Properties has an exciting opportunity on our Residential Community Office team. We are looking for a fulltime Assistant Property Manager for our communities in the downtown Winston-Salem area.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Assistant Property Manager works with the office and maintenance teams to assist in overseeing approximately 229 apartments with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with some weekend or evening hours when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Assist With:

Taking calls, handling prospects

Signing leases

Staging units

Processing and filing electronic paperwork

Assisting with resident relations, events, etc.

Resolving resident conflict

Process bills

Reduce delinquency

File evictions, place accounts in collection

Coordinate building improvement projects

Build strong vendor relationship and negotiate contracts

Aid residents with the move-in and move-out process

Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve open service issues

Updating social media sites

Nurture strong relationships between the office and maintenance teams

Working after hours/weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
