CLA Commercial Cleaning is looking for a motivated and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and surroundings are clean and in good repair. You simply must love hospitality and being around some of the most interesting people in New York City on a daily basis.

The Housekeeping Supervisor must be able to maintain an inventory of all supplies needed to supply the housekeeping department while maintaining par levels and keeping up with orders. They must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks, as well as take ownership of and resolve problems or concerns of the team and guests. To be a successful Housekeeping Supervisor they must be reliable, organized, self-directed, and able to make decisions with minimal direction. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and anticipate guest needs and preferences while providing guidance to all team members on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining training support and all materials needed to complete their daily assignments.
