CL&D has a great opportunity for a Process Engineer in Rock Hill, SC.

The Process Engineer will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, collaborate with teams, and drive improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contribute to the organization's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SOPs and work instructions.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and implement control measures to ensure consistent quality.
  • Provide technical support to resolve process-related issues and improve equipment uptime.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Train production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Consult with vendors to determine product specifications and evaluate products.
  • Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and costs.
  • Manage budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance of capital equipment.
  • Develop and coordinate project plans, manage project teams, and communicate progress
