Requirements/Qualifications:

• Set up and adjust blow molding machines according to production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on blow molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues with blow molding machines and make necessary repairs.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues or machine malfunctions.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and improve overall efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Keep detailed records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production data.
• Train and mentor new operators on machine setup and operation procedures.
