Job description:
As a Technical Specialist at CK Specialty Insurance Associates, you will play a pivotal role within the CK team, providing crucial support to Underwriting, Middle Office, and operations personnel. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of underwriting support activities, including the efficient processing of new and renewal submissions, managing the internal submission mailbox, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants, Brokers, and others within our CK Specialty global network.

Submission Clearance Processing and Oversight:

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required. HS Diploma or experience/education equivalent; preferably with at least one year of insurance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations
• Strong analytical and organizational/desk management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task - This role will require you to pivot from task to task sometimes with short notice
• Client service experience and focus, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong competency in MS Office applications: MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel are required
