FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE
Travel Reimbursement (Tolls/After 45 miles, 0.66 per mile paid)
Potential Paid Drive (dependent on facility)

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY (35-40 hours): Benefits/401K/PTO Accrual/Paid Vacation/Paid Holidays (8 2 floating holidays)
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide clinical nutrition and dietary management support.
- Develop monthly quality assurance reports.
- Lead nutrition-at-risk (NAR) meetings and provide clinical nutrition interventions and care plans.
- Complete monthly quality assurance audits to ensure regulatory compliance for state/federal survey preparedness.
- Participate as an essential Interdisciplinary Team Leader within each account.
- Communicate with facility representatives for coordination of care and services.
- Complete nutrition assessments and MDS sections
- Participate in weekly team calls and complete QA data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum Bachelor of Science degree completed.
- Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Registered Dietitian State Licensure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience (PCC/Matrix) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in LTC and managing multiple LTC buildings is a plus but not required.
New RD/DTR graduates are welcome to apply! We will provide an in-depth training program to be LTC ready.
