The HR Program Manager ensures that HR programs support the long-term goals of CJ Logistics America. HR Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsible for overall program management of the Human Resource function including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and will serve on the HR Leadership Team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage HR cycle programming and initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy.
- Utilizes discretionary judgment to drive HR, DEI, and ESG programs to completion.
- Assist and deploy in developing the HR, ESG, and DEI programs at the enterprise level.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to drive the successful execution of HR programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to HR team members and project stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor program progress, track milestones, and deliverables, and proactively identify and address issues or challenges that may arise, leveraging appropriate resources and escalating as needed.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement, and making recommendations for adjustments or course corrections as necessary.
- Develop and manage the HR, DEI, and ESG Cycle Plan.
- Assist HRLT Members in preparing communications and project plan deadlines.
- Drive completion and deadlines for each key deliverable embedded within the HR Cycle Plan.
- Prepare HR Leadership Team Members for upcoming program management deliverables.
- Oversee the Corporate ESG Committee for CJ Logistics America.
- Embed Inclusion as a natural reflex throughout the Company and oversee Inclusion Ambassador programming.
- Active and participatory member of the Human Resources Leadership Team
Requirements and Qualifications
- Four-year degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- Adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools/software.
