We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient Therapist who's looking to excel in a professional clinical environment.

Salary Range: $46,240 - $62,568 annually
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or LMHP-R, S, RP with the State of Virginia
- Master's Degree in related human services field
- EMDR Certification preferred
- 3 years' experience working in direct services of individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness
- Must have exceptional knowledge of effective mental health treatment modalities or best-practice approaches
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual, group and family therapy, case management, crisis management, skill building, and psycho-education services
- Performs an initial client intake and assessment and develops and carries out treatment plans
- Completes, maintains and updates written diagnostic assessments/records, diagnose clients based on: family functioning, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills, and strengths, barriers to economic self-sufficiency, treatment history, and utilizing DSM-V to generate proper multi-axial diagnosis
- Provides the appropriate documentation for clinical purposes and proper record keeping
- Conduct documentation review where needed including progress notes, treatment plans and reports
- Perform other duties within the scope of the position as needed
