This position oversees the day to day operations of Civitan Group Home including supervising, managing and training staff. Managing a caseload of 12 clients, insuring their health and safety needs are met, developing program plans and behavior managment plans in accordance with DDS and HUD regulations. Purchasing groceries and supplies as needed, Maintaining staff client ratio including working additional shifts to insure coverage. Benefits and PTO are included with this position.
