About the Opportunity:

The RN Nurse Supervisor plays a crucial role in supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality nursing care. In this position, you will coordinate care delivery within the scope of practice, ensuring that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

As an RN Supervisor, you will have direct care responsibilities and will also oversee nursing assistants. This role provides an opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about caring for people and have a strong work ethic to advance their careers.

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor include:

• Ensuring effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care is delivered
• Collaborating with residents/responsible parties and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized plans of care
• Consistently and cost-efficiently implementing the plan of care, with a focus on resident-centered outcomes
• Utilizing all appropriate resources for resident/family/responsible party counseling and discharge planning
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals by sharing relevant information for changing the plan of care

Job Requirements:

• Valid unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: experience with providing pain management and IV skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
• Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to be eligible for this position
