This is an in-office job with the following responsibilities:

• Draft records of survey, ALTA surveys, and Minor Land Divisions
• Prepare staking calcs (points and exhibits)
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits
• Draft topographic surveys
• Research land records

This position may be based out of our Prescott, Peoria, or Phoenix office, not out in the field.

• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D 
• Able to prepare boundary linework from record descriptions
• Able to make correct boundary determination judgements
• Able to read plans and prepare correct staking points from plans
• LSIT not required but a plus
