Job description:
As the Nurse Manager, you will oversee and direct the work of our nursing staff at all levels, including conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Your work with nursing staff will ensure that high-quality care is provided to residents on all shifts.
Required:
- Current license to work as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Experience in a long-term care
- Supervisory or management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
