Requirements

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality. We are looking for someone that has great communication skills, bilingual, and displays the following values, respect, collaboration, integrity, leadership, passion, consistency, teamwork.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Handle all calls for the Housekeeping department and ensures all messages, information and requests are logged, communicated promptly and accurately to provide prompt delivery of excellent service for guests.
• Process requests and delegates and supervises work assignments in a timely manner, follow up with the guest to ensure their satisfaction.
• Follows up on internal requests with other departments
• Help guests retrieve lost and found items, process packages with shipping label for guests, and will work with Purchasing department to ensure that a shipping carrier picks up the package.
• Supervise the cleaning of Seed café
• Supervise the work of Seed café
• Responsible for communicating all operational concerns to the leadership team and proactively addressing any day-to-day operational concerns.
• Take a lead role in the coordination of all Housekeeping employees and activities including office opening and closing, daily room assignments, inspection of rooms, evening service assignments, and other special tasks.
• Assist recording all lost and found articles in charger back.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all Housekeeping services, outlets, hotel areas / features and hours of operation.
• Assists in keeping a complete updated inventory of linen and housekeeping supplies.
• Generate various operational reports for the coordination of the Housekeeping department, ensures that all Iphones and keys are returned at end of the day.
• Brakes the house for turn down if necessary, assigns the work for the PM team and ensure the PM Team is set for success.
• Work with FD and Engineering to ensure correct status of rooms at the end of the day
• Fill the pass on daily at the end of the shift.
• Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

$1,000 Sign On Bonus

This is a regular full-time position for mid-shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), flex schedule based on occupancy.

Skills/ Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Housekeeping in the role of Inspector, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Housekeeping Coordinator.
• Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift 30lbs .
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
