CIVANA Wellness Resort and Spa is Hiring a Housekeeping Room Attendant Near Carefree, AZ

IDEAL CANDIDATES
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
AM Room Attendants shift schedule is from 8am-4:30pm and pay starts at $18.00 tips.
As a Room Attendant you will be responsible for:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to HSKP standards
- Restock amenities and food and beverage items
- Update room status via telephone and on room assignment sheet.
- Report any maintenance concerns
- Report any housekeeping concerns (dirty carpets, stains, etc)
- Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order
- Turn in right away any lost and found items to supervisor
- Place any F&B dishware and glassware into the appropriate containers
- Complete any special cleaning tasks.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hotel/resort or other related experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Over 75% of the shift spend walking, crouching, bending, reaching. In and out of various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
