Reston, VA is looking for an elite individual to join the CityScape Metro team as the Director of Operations! The ideal candidate is someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for helping people, and the proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and processes. This person should be someone who knows how to manage, recruit, and hire individuals with the necessary skills and experience. The perfect candidate should understand the value of urgency, but also have the patience and understanding to ensure quality work is always achieved. We are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy, with a work ethic that is higher than the average and a thirst for taking on new challenges and accountability for results. The Operations Director will have the important job of managing the listing-to-contract process from behind the scenes. We need someone who is tech-savvy and a solutions-oriented problem solver. $60,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative side of the listing process from pre-listing to contract
• Implement and improve all systems for the listing and closing process
• Client Care – make each client feel like they are the only client we have – solve problems, provide service, exceed expectations
• Work closely with agents - handle all administrative tasks to ensure agents’ focus is only on sales
• Maintain database, assist with client events
• Maintain an operations manual/websites/videos that document all listing and closing systems and standards
• Create and maintain templates in Google Drive for listing and closing processes
• Ensure compliance with CityScape Metro's standards and regulations
