Schedule : Monday through Friday (Onsite Mondays and Wednesdays)

Pay Rate : $25.00 to $29.00 / hour DOE

Our client, a respected medical association, is looking for an Employee Communications Coordinator to join their team!

Employee Communications Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Designing graphics for digital publications, both online and for office TV screens using Canva.
• Writing and editing assignments for the twice weekly employee digital newsletter. (Note : Content is submitted by other business areas to the team for review and editing.

Original content writing is not expected in this role.

• Proofreading newsletter and other content, such as feature stories.
• Participation in events the team holds for all employees (monthly roundtables, etc.) by helping set up the conference room and handing out fliers.
• Posting content via Sharepoint for client's internal web hub.

Employee Communications Coordinator Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or commensurate professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in communications, professional writing, or marketing.
• AP Style knowledge preferred but not required.
• SharePoint experience preferred.
• Video production experience preferred but not required.
