Location & Site Specific Information:
Katy, TX 77494
We are looking for a high-energy security officer to join our team at an event venue in Katy, TX. This position consist of foot patrolling in and around the venue, being a visual presence to anyone coming on and off the property. You will have a unique opportunity to be involved in something special, where customer service is a key component of your job duties. Must be comfortable being on your feet throughout the course of your shift. You will be responsible for conducting foot patrols around the venue, identifying any security breaches that could potentially threaten the safety of others. The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and a high level of energy to be successful in this role.
Schedule:
- Sunday | 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday | 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday | 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday | 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday | 10:00AM – 6:00 PM
- Total weekly hours = 40 hours (set schedule)
- ***Be advised that the schedule could fluctuate at minimal notice***
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents, including medical emergencies and alarms.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for equipment, supplies and property.
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.
- Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
- Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
