What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners:

ACP Early Intervention is currently seeking Licensed Master Social Workers with a background or interest in education to provide direct services within our Early Intervention Home-Based Program. This role focuses on providing behavioral therapy to young children with an emphasis on the development of skills, including social skills using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our multi-modal program incorporates both directive and naturalistic teaching methods tailored to the specific needs of each client and family.

· Carry out treatment plans and interventions using ABA methodology

· Facilitate in-home activities to enhance and maximize learning experiences.

· Encourage desired behaviors by utilizing repetition and reinforcement.

· Maintain a creative safe and supportive learning experience.

· Provide individual and family-group counseling with parents and other family members.

· Monitor child's progress and submit session notes and progress notes in a timely manner.

· Consult with other team members regarding the child’s progress.

Requirements

· Master’s degree in Social Work

· Valid New York State (LMSW) or (LSCW) license and registration required

· One year of experience preferred

· Ability to work closely with children between the ages of 0-3

· Comfortable communicating with family or caregivers of children

· Candidates must possess the necessary license, registration or certification to provide early intervention services.

· Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply
