Medical Receptionist
City Pediatrics is a full-service, private practice specializing in Pediatrics. We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist for our Martinsburg, WV office.
Job Summary:
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for the front desk duties of the practice, including answering phones and scheduling appointments. This position requires a friendly, outgoing personality who is able to work well with others in a busy environment.
Essential Duties:
·Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
·Assist with patient registration, scheduling of outpatient services, processing of patient payments, and other office duties as needed.
Experience: ONE year of customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
