City of Sterling Heights, MI is Hiring a Library page Near Sterling, MI
The hourly rate is $10.40 / hour and desired availability for scheduling includes evenings and some weekends.
Position Summary
Under direct supervision, performs miscellaneous duties to assist with a variety of projects and programs in the Circulation and Public Services Department.
The Library Page is responsible for checking materials in, sorting and shelving books / other materials, maintaining shelf organization, and assisting with patron inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computers, including Microsoft products.
- Problem solving and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of English language, spelling, arithmetic.
