We nurture a progressive environment where challenging, empowered, and purposeful work is celebrated.The Systems Administrator will manage and maintain the City of Southlake network infrastructure and provide support of the City's operational tools portfolio that includes Solarwinds monitoring and alerting, AD audit, AD Manager, and solutions (knowledge base). As well as help support servers and virtual environment as needed. The primary responsibilities of this role are to configure, monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure as well as utilize tools, workflows, and alerting to enable a proactive approach to technology management. This is accomplished by creating standard and custom monitoring alerts, workflows, and notifications as required by the operational technology departments. - Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Three (3) to five (5) years in an enterprise computer environment is required
- Possess of a CCNA is preferred
- Possession of an MCSE or MCP is preferred
- Virtualization experience (VMware) is preferred
