POSITION SUMMARY
Reports to the Finance Officer and is responsible for the collection and the proper disposition of utility funds received. Acts as a receptionist and customer service representative.
REQUIREMENTS
Data processing and typing accuracy
Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license
Must pass a drug screening and background check
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Processes payments for billing
Creates service addresses
Ensures paperwork and deposits are collected to create accounts for residents
Adjusts / follows up with adjustments on accounts
Generates work orders
Answers resident inquiries and directs to appropriate departments
Processes and generates bills on a monthly basis
Balances cash drawer and creates deposits
Performs other related duties and requests as needed
