Primary Purpose

Responsible for providing each customer with exceptional customer service. Exceptional service includes but is not limited to greeting customers, processing and receiving payments, and the service of basic foods. Must focus on cleanliness in the work area and follow all rules and guidelines set forth by site-supervisors and health departments.

All positions work together to provide exceptional service to all players, coaches, and spectators in our leagues. We strive to provide positive memorable experiences while learning and competing in a wide variety of athletics. We hope to find passionate individuals who can pass their love for the game on to our youth participants.

Education & Experience

Prior experience working in a related position is preferred.

Special Requirements

Physical Demands

Performs bending, squatting, crawling, twisting, kneeling, and reaching to ground level and overhead; Must be able to reach, grip and hold; Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 60 pounds. 

Work Environment

Both indoor and outdoor working environments with exposure to dust and pollen, toxic fumes, chemicals or smoke, contagious diseases, electrical and mechanical hazards associated with equipment, extreme noise; Subject to variety of extreme weather condition; Susceptible to safety hazards associated with working in and around high traffic volume; Works in confined places and awkward positions.

Miscellaneous Requirements

• Will be required to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Subject to emergency call-in.
• Must be a dependable person due to the small size of the work force.
• May be subject to random substance abuse testing.
