City of Perryville is Hiring an Aquatic Supervisor Near Perryville, MO
The City of Perryville is currently accepting applications for Aquatic Supervisor in the Park & Recreation Department. Your duties would include overseeing the administration of the community aquatic services and ensuring the effective operation of the indoor pool.
Starting salary is $41,708 with an increase to $43,376 after completion of probationary period DOQ. The City of Perryville offers a competitive benefits package which includes:
- 100% employer paid health and life insurance for the employee
- LAGERS retirement program at the L6 - 2% benefit bracket (non-contributory)
- PTO accrual immediately upon employment. Accrual amounts per pay cycle are based upon length of service. Max accrual is 400 hours.
- Long Term Care for FMLA qualifying events
- 14 paid holidays
Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- College degree from an accredited college or university within Park & Recreation or a closely related field or a combination of education and experience indicating sufficient ability to perform at a high level
- Must have a valid Missouri driver's license
- Must have or obtain during the probationary period the following certifications:
- Red Cross CPR & First Aid certification
- Red Cross Lifeguard Training and Lifeguard Training Instructor certification
- Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification
- AFO (Aquatic Facility Operator) or similar certification
