Role Overview:
As an Engineer in our Private Development group, you'll take the lead on managing a diverse array of private development projects. From project inception to completion, you'll oversee project management, permit issuance, and coordination with developers and contractors. Your responsibilities will include conducting field inspections, ensuring compliance with City codes and policies, and addressing resident concerns. This role operates within a dynamic, collaborative office environment where teamwork and initiative are valued.
