The DHHS Public Health Technology Program Manager will be based out of the City of Northampton, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) office. This position assists the DHHS leadership and six divisions Public Health initiatives planning, facilitating, developing and managing strategies for Health Information Technology and data systems short and long term projects. This position will continually support the DHHS Public Health technology initiatives and Health Information Exchange (HIE) that support programs regionally throughout Western, MA.

The Public Health Technology Program Manager will integrate data, support research, project implementation, and address the needs related to the six divisions of DHHS Public Health technology operations, be responsible for all aspects of data information systems design functionality and integrity for on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based systems, housing various types of data, multiple database systems, web applications and data analytic tools and data dashboards.
