The City of Merrill is seeking applications for the position of Maintenance Manager. This position supervises and manages maintenance and custodial services for City Hall, T.B. Scott Library, Bierman Building (Expo Hall & Enrichment Center), Fire Department, Merrill Area Recreation Center, Utilities Department, Street Department; troubleshoots and performs repairs and responds to emergency calls for service; works closely with other employees to meet maintenance and custodial needs; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations of the facilities.
