Under general supervision, the Administrative Supervisor provides administrative support for the daily operations of the department and coordinating support of the workers compensation and property & casualty programs. Employee assists the Director with daily office activities. This office administration position requires good organizational skills, multi-tasking, knowledge of computers and general office equipment and the ability to learn new departmental software and procedures. Employee supervises and coordinates the work of department clerical employees, handles confidential information and maintains contact with all levels of City employees and departments. Job requires professional conduct, mature judgment and proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
