Under general supervision and procedural control, the Senior Administrative Clerk performs responsible and specialized clerical work including: maintaining electronic and manual file systems, data entry, report preparation, and assisting with general clerical and administrative functions. Employee maintains and assists in processing various records, forms, information, and assists with record keeping. Employee provides limited administrative assistance to supervisor on routine duties as assigned, and indirectly oversees office functions as assigned. Most decisions are guided by existing policies or regulations, but occasionally employee must use own judgment responsibly to the best interest of the department.
