The City of Lynn Haven is currently seeking a full-time, night-time Custodian to ensure our new City Facilities are clean and well-maintained. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5 PM - 2 AM. Some weekend work may be required to help with special events. The Custodian must be able to work independently and efficiently, cleaning common areas, including mopping floors and vacuuming carpets, and cleaning restroom locations. This position must also empty garbage/waste receptacles and remove garbage and trash away from the building to designated locations. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, and take pride in a job well done. Experience in commercial or residential cleaning a plus. The ability to use basic cleaning supplies and tools (e.g., brooms, mops, vacuums, and various cleaning products) is essential. If you enjoy cleaning, then this job is for you!
