Job Description

Crossing Guards play a critical role in providing safety to children, teachers, parents, and guests who are arriving or departing school areas. The City of Lynn Haven Police Department is looking for a responsible individual who can help provide safe passage to all during the active school year at Lynn Haven Elementary School. Crossing Guards provide safety coverage during the morning and afternoon "rush” for those who arrive and depart from schools. The Crossing Guard is required to be at his/her post 30 minutes before school opens and 30 minutes after. Training will be provided by the Lynn Haven Police Department. This job is great for retirees, stay-at-home parents, and others who can work the split shift. Come join our team!
