Position Function - Under the direction of the Director of Public Works and/or Designee, performs assigned duties to conduct manual labor to support the Water & Wastewater Division. Laborer level position.
Essential Duties% of Performance
Performs assigned duties necessary to conduct manual labor to support the Water & Wastewater Division. Duties include, but are not limited to: repair/installation of meters; distribution system line flushing; tapping mains; repair/installation of fire hydrants; and assisting with line locates. Responsible for digging, trenching, concrete work, cleaning, clearing, landscaping completed work site. Responsible for appropriate signage and/or traffic markers, and being a flag man.95%
